Process Description

This Geisha from La Lérida Estate is processed using a traditional washed method designed to highlight clarity, elegance, and terroir expression. Carefully hand-picked ripe cherries are depulped, fermented under controlled conditions, fully washed, and slowly dried to preserve aromatic precision and a clean cup profile.

Flavor Profile

Jasmine, white florals, bergamot, lemon zest, peach, honey-like sweetness, silky mouthfeel, and a long, elegant juicy tea finish.

We roast once a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by Sunday 12:00 PM (noon) will be roasted the following Monday–Tuesday and shipped that week.
