We roast once a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by Sunday 12:00 PM (noon) will be roasted the following days and shipped that week. Orders placed after Sunday 12:00 PM will be grouped into the next week’s roast. Please schedule your order ahead. Thank you for your purchase!
