Process Description

This Gesha from Janson Estate is processed using a classic washed method, emphasizing clarity, elegance, and terroir expression. Ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked, depulped, and fermented under carefully controlled conditions. After fermentation, the coffee is thoroughly washed and slowly dried to stabilize the cup profile and preserve aromatic precision.

jasmine, citrus peel, honey-like sweetness, silky mouthfeel, and a long, oolong tea finish.

We roast once a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by Sunday 12:00 PM (noon) will be roasted the following Monday–Tuesday and shipped that week.
