Process Description:
This Gesha is processed using a Black Honey method combined with IPA-style mosto fermentation. A high percentage of mucilage is retained during drying, while the controlled fermentation enhances fruit intensity, sweetness, and aromatic depth, resulting in a complex and expressive cup.

Caramel, red fruits, fruity acidity, lavender, winey notes, and a clean finish.
We roast once a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed by Sunday 12:00 PM (noon) will be roasted the following Monday–Tuesday and shipped that week.
