The coffee undergoes a carefully controlled Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) Natural process, allowing the fruit to ferment in an oxygen-limited environment before an extended drying period. This approach develops exceptional aromatic complexity while preserving the elegance and clarity that Panamanian Geisha is celebrated for.

The cup is vibrant and expressive, opening with rich sangria-like sweetness and juicy blood orange acidity. Floral eucalyptus notes add refreshing lift, while a refined black tea finish brings structure and remarkable cleanliness.
